Barbara A Boschert

I presently am completing my 3rd year of a 3-year term on the Hospice of York Board. I have retired to York Beach . . . "the way life should be," with my two "kids", Shadow and Sterling, two miniature poodles.

I am retired from my profession in education after 35 years. Having spent 20 years as an Early Childhood Teacher and 15 years as an Early Childhood Administrator for the Worcester Massachusetts Public Schools.

I am enjoying my retirement having an opportunity to do a long list of "want to's" such as gardening, crafts, cooking, entertaining, and a diverse group of varying ministries at my church.

My involvement in Hospice this past year, in addition to the Board, included Patient Volunteer, Education Committee, Emergency Protocol Committee, Director Evaluation Committee, Brochure Committee, Volunteer Appreciation Day and Day of Remembrance for our dearly beloved Ray DeMars.
